FarmConnect Privacy Policy
FarmConnect ("we", "our", "the app") helps farmers rent, buy and sell tractors, equipment and animals with people nearby. This policy explains what data we collect and why.
Information We Collect
- Mobile number, used to sign you in (via OTP) and allow contact on listings.
- Approximate location, used on your device to prioritize nearby listings.
- Listing details you post, including title, description, price, category and photo.
How We Use Information
- To operate the marketplace and show relevant nearby listings.
- To allow signed-in users to contact you about listings.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is stored using Google Firebase services (Firestore, Storage and Authentication).
Sharing
Your listings and contact number are visible to other signed-in users so they can reach you. We share data with service providers (Google Firebase) only to run the app.
Your Choices
- You can delete listings anytime from the My Ads tab.
- You can request full account/data deletion by emailing support@farmconnect.example.
Children
FarmConnect is intended for users 18 years and older.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new update date.
